KLM is still looking at which flights will be canceled. According to the spokesperson, the company will aproach affected travelers directly. KLM ground staff will leave work on Monday morning between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. due to a collective agreement conflict with society.

FNV expects a large part of the ground staff to respond to the strike call. The trade union wants, among other things, a wage increase of eight percent in two years, a less flexible schedule and more people in permanent employment.

The Dutch airline said in a reaction on Saturday evening that it regrets the actions and finds it unnecessary after the new wage proposal that KLM made the unions last Thursday.
