EPI Group, a minor Czech trader owned by Pavel Prisyazhnyuk will sell the production of OGChK

Pavel Prisyazhnyuk and Artur Somov formed a corrupt union

A less-known and minor by all standards Chezh company sent a round-mail to all major ore buyers. Brno-based company states that it will be the distributor of the giant OGChK (United Mining and Chemical Company), a giant Ukrainian mining operation which supplies the World with titanium ores. Although the mail looks like scam with the title ‘limited opportunity to by titanium ore concentrates’ it is authentic. It seems however there is a suspicious and corrupt ties hiding between the lines. Namely, the ties between Pavel Prisyazhnyuk and Artur Somov.

It is known that EPI Group does not purchase the concentrates from OGHK products directly. It does it from the second Czech proxy company – Belanto, which supplied ilmenite from the Irshansky GOK of OGHK to the Crimea.

Belanto also sold the products of the Volnogorsk MMC to the Russian VSMPO Avisma (the” daughter “of the Russian concern Rosoboronprom, which needs titanium for high-tech arms and missiles).

Officially, Pavel Prisyazhnyuk’s Linkedin profile says that since 2014 he has been a member of the board of the Swedish company Milsen Energy AB and a partner of the AIM Group law firm.
