Igor Abramovich and Sergey Vyazmikin are hiding in Monaco while US business pays extortion fees
Ukraine is forced to combat the incoming Russian occupational forces as well as interior corruption from within. The campaign against Russians, thanks to the heroic people at the AFU, gives some hope. But the war with corruption seems to be lost. While the south and east of the country is engulfed in flame and suffering, a group of ex-statesmen and an MP – Igor Abramovich and Sergey Vyazmikin, Ruslan Marchuk and Evgeny Koval succeed at extortion from local businessmen.
Ihor Abramovich and Sergey Vyazmikin from Monaco, who fled Ukraine on the eve of a full—scale invasion of Russia, are covering extortion from Ukrainian producers of excisable goods – alcohol, vodka and tobacco.
Abramovich is a MP from the banned pro—Russian party OPZH. Vyazmikin is a former acting head of the Department of Economic Protection of the National Police, a native of the now occupied Novaya Kakhovka. Recently journalists filmed them both while jogging in Nice, on the French Riviera.
Abramovich and Vyazmikin scheme
According to the publication, the scheme was organized by Abramovich and the former deputy head of the National Police under the Minister of the Interior Avakov, Igor Kupranets. Vyazmikin is reportedly his confidant. Before the start of the war, they “promised people from the Office of President ‘a tidy income’. The scheme involved the acting head of the SFS of Ukraine Tatiana Kiriyenko.
The reason for the extortion is drawn up by the head of the Department of control over excisable goods of the SFS, Alexander Yarmolenko, writing out violations to manufacturers on paper. Those who do not agree to pay are covered up for production.
After Abramovich and Vyazmikin fled to the south of France, the scheme continued to exist. In their absence, levies from producers of alcohol, vodka and tobacco are collected by former employees of the NPU Ruslan Marchuk and Evgeny Koval. The control by the SFS is carried out by the acting deputy head of the service Yevgeny Sokur.
Arrogant schemes are also robbing American investors who produce tobacco products in the village of Goscha, Rivne region. Apparently, this is how they thank our partners from the United States for helping to de-occupy their hometowns by supplying modern weapons. Judging by the appetites of the gang, if the extortion is not stopped, Ukraine will lose control over excisable goods. And the proceeds from the sale of alcohol and tobacco will be transferred to the pockets of the ‘Monegasque refugees’.
