Unwrapping a gift card is nice, mostly because it is the thought that counts, but if you are struggling with what to get your loved ones look no further, answers are here.  Traditional gifts are quaint but the more uncommon you go the more likely you are to be remembered and the less likely the recipient will receive two of them.  Below I have listed a few sites and items one can find presents for the people in your life.

For the gamer, a person I find it especially hard to shop for, Star Wars: The Old Republic is high quality MMO that comes out December 20.  It only works on Windows but is sure to please the gamer in your life. For your nerdier friends the website ThinkGeek.com has everything they could ever want.  From Han Solo ice cubes to Bluetooth keyboards for your iPad, you will be sure to find them a gift that will warm their nerdy heart.  If you are giving to the homemaker, UncommonGoods.com many things to unconventionally decorate a house, from potholders that look like old sweaters and shot glasses with bicycles on them!  They also carry other odds and ends like a flask that says "holy water".  Clothing is hard to purchase for other people BUT, using zafu.com you can profile your recipient's body type and Zafu will help you find the perfect jeans!  Unfortunately, on this site, tops are up to you.

Remember that deals, this time of year, are not hard to find.  Look on retailer websites to get the details or sign up for your favorite vender's mailing list. Make sure you check eBay, Amazon and skoreit.com for deals on many things, but especially electronics.  With these few suggestions I have full faith that you will find a unique gift for your friends and loved ones.
