Posting of the most recent minutes can be found at http://www.ccri.edu/safety/committee.shtml

CCRI's Environmental Health and Safety Committee oversees many important issues including: "smoking, indoor air quality, drinking water quality, laboratory safety, new construction, fire extinguisher training, hazardous waste disposal, housekeeping and cleanliness, pest control, and personal protective equipment training." The Head Coordinator for the EH&S Committee, Rick Foote is the Director of Triumvirate Environmental, a company outsourced by CCRI to conduct air/ water safety tests and hazardous waste management.

According to CCRI's Environmental Health and Safety Committee's website, "with representatives from a broad range of college constituencies meets regularly to offer insights and provide a vital communication link to the entire college community." However the meeting minutes which are supposedly posted for every meeting held and which, the Director of Triumvirate Environmental, Rick Foote is contracted to update has been questionable. The meetings summary dates posted are sporadic, with recently some years with no meetings and some with two year intervals which appears to be what the website considers "meeting regularly".

If the EH&S Committee has indeed been meeting accordingly with their website, there has undoubtably been issues in the meantime that are not being addressed by the EH&S committee in a timely manner.
