Apple Watch gets a function to measure sleep behavior
Apple may add a feature to measure sleep patterns to the Apple Watch, writes Bloomberg based on sources within the company. According to the sources, Apple has been testing the function for a few months.
The new feature would be designed to measure the sleep behavior of users, for example by converting the heart rate and movements in the night into a sleep pattern.
Apple has been using health data for users for some time now. Users can keep a lot of information about their physical behavior with the Apple Watch and the associated Health app.
According to Bloomberg, the function would not appear in the smartwatches until the earliest next year.
