Altice Europe to sell video advertising service

Altice Europe is considering divesting its Teads video advertising service. Les Echos writes that, without saying where the information comes from. Teads should deliver 1.4 billion to 2.2 billion euros.

There would be several interested parties who are considering bidding. It concerns seven private investment companies, a British publisher, an American telecom company and a large American tech company.

Co-founder and chairman of Teads Pierre Chappaz told Les Echos that he would be “very happy” if Altice would remain a shareholder, but would be able to take the next step with a major US shareholder.
