Trump warns that he will veto the defense bugget

The US president Trump, as he has already announced, has vetoed the defense budget and a series of measures attached to it. We are talking about $ 740 billion proposals on the National Security Strategy. Congress is expected to lift the veto.

Trump objects, among other things, to the conversion of military bases. They are still named after military leaders who fought during the American Civil War for the Confederates. Nor does Trump want to limit the withdrawal he wants from, for example, Afghanistan and Germany.

In addition, the president considers that a more stringent approach to online platforms is needed, such as Twitter and Facebook. They cannot now be prosecuted for content that users post. Trump has, on several occasions this year, been at odds with the platforms, which are warning his messages that are not ‘based on facts’.
